- Won't Train Without It! - Review by eric
I do muay thai and jujitsu and train at a competitive level - as hard and long as I can go.
KetoCaNa makes a HUGE difference. I've staggered it - sessions with & without and the sessions with I have more energy, focus and power after 10 minute sets of pad and bag drills and stamina in sparring is noticeably better. It's not placebo - that doesn't last at this level of activity. Plus I can see the difference in HR metrics - with KetoCaNa my max HR is ~10 ppm lower and the the graph over time is flatter and less spike.

My name is Danny Moskovits, a professional baseball player in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. I was sent a bottle of your KetoCaNa and asked to review.
I have used the KetoCaNa extensively since you sent it to me, and have had great success with the product. There is NO DOUBT that my aerobic fitness is markedly improved while using KetoCaNa. I had previously used Ketoforce, and KetoCaNa is simply on a different level in terms of ease of use (similar effects, but KetoCaNa much easier on palate, nose, and stomach).
After testing your product, I believe it is now a necessary part of my arsenal. While using KetoCaNa, 5 miles feels like 4, and I definitely notice better sustained energy levels throughout grueling lifts. It also allows me to eat less before workouts to avoid the ‘full’ feeling, while still having proper energy. Additionally, it feels psychoactive, in that I notice improved synapse response time and concentration while using the supplement.
The only thing I think could be improved is the mixability of the product. It often was chunky while drinking it, but I am not sure if this is simply the nature of ketones. Overall, I am very very impressed!

I've been using KetoCaNa for about two weeks now and I must say I am huge fan! It taste (much) better and is easier to prepare and use (especially on the road) than KetoForce. I personally believe that a well formulated ketogenic diet is the way to go and will improve all aspects of your life, especially mental acuity. The only drawbacks I've seen to notice is about a 20-30% in top end sprint speed. This really wouldn't be much of an issue if you just doing all out 100-200 meter sprints for a workout but can be problematic if you actually compete in track and field. With this product I can be produce ketones and have an abundant supply of glucose for these incredibly explosive events. Go out and buy this product. Whether you looking for a mental or physical boost KetoCaNa will do you right!

- Long Overdue - Review by JayB603
OK, this is a VERY long overdue post/review of this new KetoCaNa product... First of all, to put it simply - much like KetoForce, this product is amazing! It's equally as powerful as KF, but with drastic new improvements.
Biggest improvements are by far the taste and the convenience. The taste of Ketocana is great - maybe a little sweet, but so easy to drink when just mixed with water. And having it in powder form allows for an individual serving to be carried easily.
Now, onto the good stuff - performance. It's hard to measure exactly, but I do feel that I perform slightly better with Ketocana than with KetoForce. With the holidays, buying my first house, expecting our first baby soon, and running a business, to say my training has taken a back seat is an understatement. As such, anytime I do go train, I typically feel pretty out of shape and get smashed, either by the weights or by my training partners.
My main athletic focus is brazilian jiu-jitsu, and I compliment that with kettlebell work, heavy weights, and the occasional obstacle course race, like the Tough Mudder. Jiu-jitsu, more than any other sport I've trained, will absolutely remind you how consistent you're training has been lately, every time you step on the mats. "Mat cardio" is a real thing, and without consistent training, mat cardio disappears fast, and smashings gets worse, quick.
I've put Ketocana through a few real good tests over the past couple months, and it has never failed to amaze me. On nights when I've felt super unmotivated and known that I was in for a rough night, I've taken a dose of Ketocana and it has never failed to turn my night around. One night in particular I was in what we call a shark tank - I was the smallest, lowest rank athlete there, and we trained extra hard that night. We rolled for 10 to 12 minute rounds, with no rest between rounds. Although my timing and instincts weren't as sharp as usual due to the lack of mat time, my conditioning was able to keep me alive and actually give me an edge later into each round as my training partners got tired. It was more than clear to me that Ketocana was responsible for the "unlimited" cardio I was feeling. To be sure, I'd train without Ketocana the next session and was served a big dose of conditioning reality.
Much like KetoForce - I feel the value in Ketocana is less in what you "feel" while on it, and more about what you DON'T feel. My muscles and my lungs simply do not get tired nearly as fast when Ketocana is taken prior to training. Also, one of the most amazing aspects I've found is the drastic improvement in recovery time - of course this stuff can't provide actual unlimited energy, but when muscles/lungs do get tired, it takes MUCH less time to recover and have the ability to exert maximal effort again. This is such a huge benefit in many sports, especially jiu-jitsu when an opponent is trying to rip your arm off or choke you out - these things become a lot harder to defend when your muscles and lungs are burning.
I apologize for the long post, but I really can't say enough good stuff about Ketocana. I definitely recommend giving it a try. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the results!

4 hour ride. Used one scoop in bottle with ice and drank during easy portion of ride. Experienced some mild stomach upset, but this was due to my morning breakfast. Just making the point, drinking ketones on an upset stomach is not pleasant. Finished the ride strong, and did not even feel like I needed to eat afterwards. I was certainly in ketosis.
2.5 hour ride. Used one scoop in bottle with ice, tolerated it just fine. Energy felt fine, needed minimal glucose during ride.
2 hour ride with efforts. Used one half scoop in bottle this time with ice. I found the drink mix went down easier and my ketones strongly tested positive on a urine dipstick later. No GI issues at all.

I am a non keto adapted Figure competitor and currently in bulking season. I always use a pre-workout for cardio or weight training to ensure that I get the most out of my session but have to be careful as Ive had adverse reactions to some pre-workouts. For cardio I typically take a thermogenic or a non-creatine formula and for weight training I typically take a creatine added preworkout. I have recently been taking KetoCaNa prior to sprint sessions or spin classes and prior to large muscle group lifting sessions. Without a doubt I’ve had more energy during sprints and spin. With my large muscle group or full body training sessions I’ve improved in both strength and endurance. Using KetoCaNa has shown all around marked increases and I'm happy to have found the product!
